Deliveries generally take an estimated 5 – 15 working days (which includes the manufacturing time) from the date of payment confirmation:
- Note that whilst we strive to deliver orders within 5 to 15 working days, delivery can be delayed from time to time due to causes out of our control. Deliveries to outlying areas may take longer than to central areas. Note that all deliveries are scheduled for standard business hours which are 9 am to 6 pm. We cannot commit to delivery at a specific time during the day.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Provide a full, detailed address to which the order must be delivered, with a name & contact number at the address of the person to whom the parcel can be handed. Delivery can only be made to a physical address (no Post Box addresses) where there is a person to receive and sign for the parcel.
CONFIRMATION OF DELIVERY
An email will be sent confirming dispatch of the order together with a link to track the delivery status of your order.
LATE DELIVERIES
If after 15 working days from dispatch, you have still not received your goods, please send us a message via our contact page and give us the order details. We will prioritize a follow up on the order with the courier company and advise you of the status.

DUTIES AND CUSTOMS
If your delivery is delayed or detained by customs, you are to contact the relevant custom office and provide the necessary documentation. You are responsible for custom duties and the payment thereof.
